Chef Annmarie Chelius, CHE,CCE,CWPC is a Certified Culinary Educator, Certified Hospitality Educator and Certified Working Pastry Chef. Her career began after graduation from the Academy of Culinary Arts in 1984 where she received her AAS degree in Culinary Arts. She continued her education and earned a BSBA degree from Thomas Edison and MS in Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. The highlight of her culinary career was spent making delicious pastries for the famed Le Bec Fin Restaurant in Philadelphia. Luckily, she was offered a full time teaching position and has been a chef educator for the past 26 years! She enjoys teaching all classes but has a particular love for the pastry arts and vegetarian/vegan cuisine. As an advocate for a healthy lifestyle she volunteers at numerous events spreading the message of combining an active lifestyle with a healthy diet.
